This notice identifies the Treelab seller and useful contacts. Actual information must be present before sales open; preview demonstration values do not identify a real seller.

These details identify the Belgian contracting company. Treelab is the product name; it does not replace the seller’s legal identity. Any further information legally required by the actual legal form or activity must be added before publication where applicable.

3. Hosting and sales services

Website hosting: The licensing service, its database and installation archives are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. The storefront is intended to be published on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives requests needed to operate and protect these services.. Payment and associated arrangements: Stripe hosts the payment page and processes billing details, tax information and the payment method. For the Belgian account, services are provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and, depending on the service, the regulated Stripe entity identified in its terms. Treelab receives order references, amounts, country, contractual choices and the confirmation address. Treelab does not receive the full card number or its security code.. Provider for sending confirmations and handling support: Order confirmations, contractual documents, licence keys and activation replacement notices are sent through Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States. This provider receives the recipient’s address and the content required for these messages. The licensing service verifies delivery of confirmations before enabling licence activation. This sending provider does not, by itself, identify the provider hosting the support inbox..

These providers act in the roles described in the privacy notice. The seller remains your contracting party for the Treelab licence; using a payment provider alone does not transfer the seller’s obligations to that provider.

4. Ownership and trademarks

Treelab software is supplied under its proprietary licence. Original website content is protected under applicable law. Quotation rights, statutory exceptions and expressly granted rights are preserved.

Third-party tool names describe compatibility where verified. They belong to their respective owners and do not imply partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

5. Documents and geographical scope

The licence, terms of sale, legal notice and privacy notice are available in French and English, as version 2026-09-09.1 dated 9 September 2026. Text can be selected and printed. The purchase confirmation retains the accepted texts and language.

Confirmed sales territories: Treelab is sold worldwide from Belgium; prices are shown in euros excluding tax. Belgian VAT at 21% applies to customers established in Belgium and, as long as the seller stays under the European threshold of €10,000 of distance sales to consumers, to consumers in the other Member States of the Union; VAT-registered businesses in the Union buy under the reverse-charge mechanism. Outside the European Union, no Belgian VAT is charged; any local taxes remain the customer’s responsibility according to their country. An invoice is issued automatically by Stripe for every order. The currency conversion offered by Stripe is indicative and does not change the VAT regime.. A website translation or offered currency does not mean that every international sales obligation has been verified. The customer’s mandatory rights continue to apply according to their circumstances.
